Happy times in 2016
Living Through Fall 2016
We are celebrating fall at home first time after six years of great China adventure.
I am fascinated of vibrant colors of fall. I enjoying so much my Sugar Maple slowly turning in to deep color of orange, Burning bushes getting bright red, and red leaves of October glory landing in my porch. Surprisingly I even missed so much racking the leaves. Jogging with my dog every morning under the bright sun of autumn is another joy.
Walking through farmers market and picking my pumpkins, winter squash, and enjoying baking my long missed Zucchini bread again.
Soon Trick or Treaties will appear at my door, followed by the rush of Thanksgiving preparations. Christmas is around the corner. Life goes on we are happy to be home.

Enjoying Summer produce
Summer means warm weather and humidity, which cause more water loss from the body makes you feel fatigue, sleepy, less energetic mostly the time!
Simple solutions for all those symptoms:
Drink at least eight to ten glasses of water, also fresh and less calorie fruit drinks.
Prefer green leaf vegetables include all kind of salads.
Vegetable petites
Lastly protein is a must; like pan fried, grilled salmon or boiled salmon petites.

Turkish Way in Shanghai
Almost six years in Shanghai, full of memories, countless life experiences yet last six months has been most enjoyable of all and sadly my stay in Shanghai coming to an end.
I met these wonderful Expat Ladies and fall in love with their warm welcoming, compassion with each other’s company and passion to present their country the best possible way in this foreign land.
Each one of them have special abilities, different goals for life but made one another a family during their stay in Shanghai far from Turkey. Not to mention the fact that they all great Chefs.
I had an opportunity catching two of these amazing ladies in their kitchen today and they accepted to be photographed during their cooking. We have two really easy recipes. Both are very healthy yet exceptionally delicious.
My friends Ms. Ozlem Sahin, and Ms. Merve Coskun prepared these special foods and I am proudly presenting on this site.

New Year and new Birthdays, month Of January packed with birthdays in my family. Evidently we all feel special on our own birthday. We feel more energetic, uplifted and want to look the year or years ahead with hope, joy and filled with happiness.

Yes cake is the new recipe choice of Cook2b’s February 2016 Page.
I started wondering around for the no flour baking recently, I hear different recipes made with variety of flours but not wheat flour.
Here is my new edition it is so delicious, very easy, requires short time and perfect choice for the people who want to bake at home for their loved ones and looking for no risk cake.
