Around the Dinner Table as a Family!
After a long tiring day we eagerly look forward to be back home in the evening.
It is good to be home relaxed, feel coziness and have a tranquil time for few hours before we retire ourselves for a day.
However mostly the time we find ourselves catching up with face books posts, with news that we missed during the day, personal e-mails that we didn’t have time to reply, checking some recipes, or trying to shop on line right on the dinner table.
All these are fine and must to do things, but NOT at the dinner table!
“The Dinner table” is the times we have chance to catch up with our family also share our day with loved ones too.
Also dinner table is to enjoy the food that we could bring in!
Isn’t one of the purposes having a job basically provide food for our family and us?
Why are we missing the point of enjoying the best benefits of Dinner table?
Some of us may live alone, indeed still it is important to pay attention what we are eating because if we enjoy our food, we may get better nutrition out of it.
Lets keep in mind to put our phone on charge during the dinner! We will realize food taste better then!

Right around the corner, summer 2017 will be over.
Do you find yourself chasing dinner after breakfast and try to live in between!
In reality many of us are skipping breakfast, having hasty unwholesome lunch and indulging in a dinner filled with carbs, fat and sugar!
You may plan a healthy dinner but after a long tiring day not fueling your body, it is likely to cave and have a dinner “easy” yet not healthy!
Remember; we are gifted with our precious life only once. We need to keep our body as healthy as we can. A proper diet, breath right, sleeps adequately, exercise, try to stay positive and of course work.
A healthy wholesome diet supports the body; breathing right helps to get enough oxygen to cells, proper sleep helps with rejuvenation and readies the body for exercise.
All above combined together give your body the life force needed.
Hence you may become more positive clear minded relax person who is naturally ready for a successful work life.
Oh! And always remember “Love”
Devote something good to another person everyday!
You will discover that your smile is brighter at the end of the day!

An Orange Power,
It is almost mid June 2017, summer has arrived with full force of heat.
Trees are full and gardens are colorful. More children voices being heard in the neighborhood as the schools are closing for the summer break.
The colors of the fruits and vegetables are also having more variety in grocery stores and farmers markets are becoming joyful social places for the season.
Years and years ago on fifth grade one day our teacher held a big orange and told us
“This is the Sun!” She put the orange in the middle on her desk and put a little green lentil next to orange and said
“This is Mercury” She went on putting an apricot next, and said
“This is Venus”, here comes a blue bead from an old necklace!
She said
“This is Our Earth!” (Do you realize we don’t have a blue fruit or vegetable?)
“Jupiter was a small potato, Saturn was a quince wrapped with brown ribbon. Small green apple and a plum took their places after Saturn as Uranus and Neptune.
This illustration sounds really creative way of teaching our solar system. Sun always presented a huge power and mysticism in my mind.
Ever since orange was presented as sun I believe that if I eat orange I would be healthier more vibrant and powerful.
I feel each day sunrise is a new hope, which makes me feel that I am reborn every morning!
