Cocoa Covered Almond No Flour Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
For the cake: 100 gm. (or 1 C) coco covered almonds 1 Tbsp. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 4 eggs 150 g (2/3 C) of butter 100 g (1/2 C) of raw sugar 200 g (1 C 2.5 Tbsps. melted) dark baking chocolate 1 Tbsp. Baking powder For the icing 50 g butter 100 g dark baking chocolate Making: Set the oven for 305 F (160 C) Prepare the 8 x 8 inch nonstick pan by spreading a coat of butter and flour on the bottom of the pan set a side. Bring the coco almonds to a flour texture in a blender (30 second pulse is enough) Bring chocolates and butter together in a bowl and melt them. Mix to bring the mixture to a smooth texture Add eggs two at a time and mix in using whisk wire Fold in the sugar, cake flour, coco almond meal and baking powder in order into a chocolate mix. Transfer the cake batter in to a pan Bake for 30 minutes Take it out and transfer in to a serving dish For icing: Melt the butter and chocolate Spread on the cake, Decorate with roasted coconut flakes Serve warm? 2/3/2016 Back to Baking Kitchen |
