Spiritual Wellbeing
Spiritual wellbeing is a relationship with our inner life and the outside world. It means having a positive engagement with people and everything else around us. Everybody wants to feel well and look for happiness and therefore, tries so many pathways for a spiritual wellness.
Well being may vary from person to person, yet there are some basics which everyone needs to meet in terms of feeling good, enjoying daily routines and having control in life by making the necessary changes with the intention to a better life.
Essentials to maintain and refresh your spiritual well being are:
1-Being ready for the process,
We must be seeking to take action for our wellbeing. We need to have the will to feel good and have an open mind to learn about it.
2-Choosing the right approach that fits our needs.
For instance yoga and/or Pilates are really beneficial for many other people, but it may not suit your way of exercising or relaxing. Then search for another activity that may help you feel better.
3-Understanding the benefits of practicing wellbeing.
Look for other life stories, how well being affects people’s life positively. Spiritual wellbeing is a wholeness; it is about accepting yourself physically, emotionally and mentally. For instance, you may not be well physically, but spiritual wellness gives you the courage to cope with life difficulties. It helps you to see that you are not alone; it will offer you the energy to reach to an ultimate potential with in you.
4-Preventing our ego from becoming an arrogant energy.
Always be powerful and chase a dream, but never let your success become an unbalanced ego with your spirit. Being modest confirms your power and moves you to embrace your best wellbeing.
5-Learning how to control our moods
-Breath well, so you can maintain your positive energy and avoid negativity.
-Learn about your self and recognize your emotions,
-Learn about analyzing and cooperating in a situation.
-Recognize that you have no control other than over your own actions.
Make a choice about what kind of person you want to be
-Find your way out of any disturbing environment as soon as possible. If not ignore it.
-Choose to respond to the situation!
6-Letting go of the past
Only have tentative plans for tomorrow but live and enjoy today.
7-Join a group that shares your spiritual outlook and belief system.
“After all trust your self that you have the power already for your wellbeing with in you!”
