Cranberry Christmas Smoothie
Pistachio Smoothie
1 Cwatermelon (chopped) 1 C melon (chopped) 1 kiwi (peeled and chopped) 1 orange ( peeled and sliced ( keep the white in side rind on) 1Tbsp chia seeds 1/2 C milk 1/4 C pistachio flour 1/2 Tbsp coconut powder (if desired) 1 Mango ( peeled and chopped) All goes in to the blender processing 4 minutes. This recipe serves 4 C of smoothie And have approximately 250 Cal And, 8 gr of protein for each Cup. Almond Green Smoothie
1 C milk 2 C honeydew melon (chopped bite size) 2 Oranges (peeled and divided in 4 pieces) 1 kiwi fruit (peeled) 1/2 C Almond blanched) 1 Tbsp. chia seed 1/2 C bokchoy (or any Chinese green) 1/2 cup pea pods Starting with most liquid to the solid items add all ingredients into the blender one by one by intervene every 30 second. Few second after the last Item your smoothie is ready. This smoothie may be a little thicker than regular smoothie, I like this way so it is more filling if you only have smoothie for breakfast. Goji Berry Smoothie
1/2 1 1 One C chopped Papaya ( dice size)
2 Tbsps. Goji Berry ( soak the berries in hot water for a minute.) 1/2 Banana 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 ea. orange (peeled and chopped) 1 C chopped melon( dice size and any kind of melon) 1/4 C whole milk 1 Tbsp. Chai seeds Starting with the liquid , Toss all the ingredients in to the blender Blend for three minutes.. Delicious and very Healthy, Enjoy your morning! Maida's Smoothie

A little bit of strawberry A little bit of love Blend together It is a Kiss! Ingredients: 1/3 cup yogurt 1 Tbsp coconut oil 1 Tbsp coconut flakes 1/2 cup fresh strawberry 1/2 banana 1/2 Cup chopped melon 3 slices raw beet 1/2 cup apricot compost Again they all end up in the blender for 3 minutes process. Iron Tofu Smoothie
Tofu for a Change:
We put, yogurt, milk, almond milk into the smoothies. This morning I thought why not Tofu? It turned out really good. Melon-Papaya-Strawberry Smoothie
What is in the Blender?
3/4 cup chopped melon 1/2 Banana 1/2 cup chopped Papaya 1/2 cup Strawberry 3 smell slices of raw beet 1Tbsp flax seed meal 1Tbsp. coconut oil 1/2 cup apricot compost 1/2 Tbsp Honey Sprinkle with coconut flakes on top Blend for 3 minutes. Watermelon Smoothie
Making: All I had in the blender are, 1/2 Banana 1 crescent slice of a 5 Lb watermelon 3 slice of raw beet 1 kiwi 2 tsp. vanilla powder 1 Tbsp. coconut oil 1-cup skim milk 1 Tbsp. honey (if desired most the time not necessary) Blend it for 3 minutes; enjoy the combination of freshly smelled watermelon. Native is China Persimmon fruit is rich in Potassium and Vitamin B12. It was called by variety of names once it reached to Eastern Europe. Some ancient cultures called it “ fruits of God, some people called Natures Candy, It’s English name is “date plum” because it is evocative to date and plum by taste and texture. There are few species according where they are grown. Try not to eat the skin it is very astringent and pungent when it is fresh. But inside is very fruity sweet. It is found in eastern America has more nutritious value than in Asia where dried version is also very common to consume. Lets toss all following Ingredients in to the blender: 1 washed and peeled Persimmon 1/2 banana 2 tangerine (the whole thing no need to get juice) 1/2 apple 1/2 plain yogurt 1-cup coconut juice 2 tsp. vanilla powder 1 Tbsp. coconut oil 1 Tbsp. flax seed meal Blend for 3 minutes`.
