Pan Fried Salmon PetitesWith a green pepper Sauce
Ingredients
2 Salmon fillets (2 Lb.’s.) 1 C cooked carrot 1 C cooked broccoli 1 big red onion (chopped really small)) 1 Tbsp. garam masala (home made) 1tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. fresh grated peppercorn 1 egg 1/2 C breadcrumbs 1 Lb green haberona pepper 2 middle size tomatoes 1 Tbsp. olive oil 2 Garlic cloves Making: Boil the salmon Mash it really well Chop boiled vegetables very small pieces, Add into mashed salmon Add eggs, breadcrumbs Salt, pepper, chili pepper Mix altogether bring the mix dough like texture Make walnut sizes salmon meatballs. Pan-fry them. Making sautéed pepper Wash well and chop the peppers one-inch sizes. Sautee garlic in olive oil add little salt and black pepper Add peppers slightly fry them Add chopped tomatoes Simmer it until tomatoes cooked and juice is gone.
