Green Lentil Munchies

Ingredients
1 C green lentil
1 C fine wheat crack
1 boiled potato
1 midsize dry onion
2 Tbsps. Olive oil
1 Tbsp. Cumin
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. hot pepper paste
1 Tsp. pomegranate sauce
1 bunch parsley (washed and minced)
1/4 C lemon juice
 
Making:
Wash lentils very well
Boil 3 C of water and cook the lentils
Pour of the water and add a cup of water return to the heat let it boil.
Spear 1/4 of the green lentil in a small bowl
Turn the heat off and add bulgur (crack wheat), close the lid until bulgur absorb all the water and get soft.
On the other hand dice the onions and sauté in 1Tbsp. of olive oil, add tomato and pepper paste, diced boiled potato and parsley.
When lentil- bulgur mix cooled down add it into the sautéed onion and red paste mix.
Blend speared lentils with cumin, cayenne pepper, turmeric and black pepper in a food processor.
Add cumin-lentil mixture into the main mixture.
Bring dough like texture eventually with hand.
And form a little elliptic bite size pellets
Decorate in between Roman lettuce to serve.
