Yogurt Cake
Ingredients:
4 eggs separated ½ C corn starch 1 C yogurt ½ C+1/4 C sugar 1 lemon rind Making: Whip egg whites +1/4 C sugar set a side Whip egg yolks +1/2 C sugar until creamy Add yogurt mix with fork Add Starch lemon rinds Fold in Vanilla and starch , mix gently all ingredients to incorporate into each-other well enough Add egg whites gradually and obtain a fluffy batter pour in 8X8 Pyrex dish Bake 45 minutes at 340F Back to Baking Kitchen Page |
