Winter Boost PAste
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Cinnamon 4 Tbsp. Flax seed 1 lemon juice 1/2 lemon (whole) 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1tsp. black pepper 3 Tbsp. manuka honey 2 Tbsp. freshly grated ginger 1 Tbsp. freshly grated turmeric 3 Tbsp. Almond flour 1tsp. vanilla 1Tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tbsp. ginger powder 1/2 turmeric powder Making Basically, all ingredients go in to a food processor and grind to the paste form. However, start with lemon, fresh ginger and turmeric so lemon can be grated well enough to blend in to the other ingredients smoother. And continue adding olive oil, turmeric and ginger powder, cayenne and black pepper, cinnamon, lemon juice, almond flour, flax seed vanilla and finally honey. After adding each ingredient turn the food processor on for few minutes. At the end turn the food processor on until the paste becomes smooth and creamy. 1 TBSP each morning either plain or on your toasted bread. back to breakfast page |
