Vegan Chocolate Cake
2 C organic all purpose flour 3/4 C raw sugar 1 ½ tsp. baking soda ½ tsp. baking powder 1/3 C and 1Tbsp. organic coco powder 1 Tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 Tsp. salt 1 ½ green apple 4 kiwi fruits 1 Tbsp. liquid vanilla 1 C dried cherries Making: Set the oven for 325 F (170C) Prepare Bring all dried ingredients in a bowl mix well with fork Set aside Wash the apples well rinse in soda water since you will use with skin. Peel the kiwi Put both fruits in a food processer chop for 10 second. Bring fruit mixture in a bowl with all other wet ingredients including cherries mix gently. Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients blend well with a few quick strokes (do not beat the batter mix it gently strokes with fork.
