Tuna Fish Casserole

Ingredients:
1 Package of egg noodle
1 medium red onion
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 Lb.  fresh Tuna Fish  
1 Lb. Pea Pods
1 Lb. Shiitake mushroom
2 green chili pepper
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 1/2 C mozzarella cheese
1 tomato
1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
1/2 Tbsp. kosher salt
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 C Milk
1 Tbsp. butter
 
Making:
Boil the egg noodles rinse and set aside
Chop the onions in dices
Sauté onions in olive oil
Add tuna pieces sauté until fish pieces are half cooked
Add chopped chili pieces
Add chopped pea pods
Add the cooked egg noodles

Set aside
Sautee the chopped mushrooms in a nonstick pan and drain the excessive juice out
Sautee flour until the aroma comes out
Add milk by drizzling while mixing constantly until mixture takes smooth pudding like texture
​Add butter, melt and mix well.

Add 1 C mozzarella mix well
Add Sautéed mushrooms mix and,
Combine Mushroom sauce and Fish Vegetable , spice it out mix together.
Transfer into Pyrex baking dish
Sprinkle remainder shredded mozzarella cheese
Decorate around the dish with sliced tomatoes and bake in 350 F until cheese melts and slightly browns
Sprinkle crunched tomato chips and serve immediately
