Atlantic Salmon MArinated in TeriyakiSAuce Served on Roasted Red Pepper sauce
Ingredients:
2 Red sweet pepper 1/4 Tsp. orange zest 1 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp honey Salt 1/2 Tsp chile pepper powder One piece fillet salmon 1 Tbsp soy sauce 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 1/2 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp teriyaki seasoning 2 Potatoes Cooking sheet Making Roast the peppers in the oven 400F for 25 minutes. Let it cool, peel the skin Combine orange zest, chili pepper, honey, garlic salt in a food processor (on liquid form) About 2 Minutes. Transfer to a bowl set aside. Wash and pad dry the salmon Mix together soy sauce, teriyaki seasoning, vinegar and olive oil in a flat dish Lay the salmon on it cover let it marinate 15 Minutes each side. Warp in a cooking sheet as it shown Cook each side 6 minutes. Wash the potatoes, cut in one inch cubes coat with olive oil and sprinkle salt Lay on the cookie sheet one layer Roast in 400F for 25 minutes.
