Tahini Muffins
Ingredients: 2 eggs 1/4 C tahini 1/2 C raw sugar 1/2 C olive oil 1 C milk 1 C gluten free flour 3/4 C rolled oats 1/4 Sesame seeds 1Tbsp. baking powder Making: Set the oven 350F Spray the muffin pan and cover with sesame seed Blend eggs and sugar in the mixing bowl until it gets creamy Add oil, milk mix well Add tahini and blend all well incorporated. Mix flour, rolled oat and baking powder Fold in to the tahini mixture Pour into the divided muffin pans Bake for 30 min. 11/14/2017 Back to Breakfast Page |
