Sweet potato Radish Paste
Ingredients:
1 big or 2 middle size sweet potato 1/2 white radish 1 small zucchini 1 Tbsp. Dried Basil 1 tsp. dried mint 1 tsp. turmeric powder 1 tsp. dried thyme 1 Tbsp. olive oil 1/3 C plane yogurt 1 clove garlic (minced) 1/4 C minced cilantro Making: Grate the sweet potato, radish and zucchini in a bowl. Heat olive oil in flat nonstick frying pan. Add grated vegetables and sauté until softens Add all seasonings and garlic, stir minute or couple more and take off the heat Let it cool down.
