Stuffed White Button Mushrooms

Ingredients
 5 each big size white button mushrooms
2 small zucchinis
2 vine tomatoes
5 small green chili pepper (hot or mild as desired)
2 fresh onions
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1/2 C walnut (crunched)
1 C minced parsley
Parmesan cheese slices
Salt
 Making
Wash all fresh vegetable very well (soaking in soda water)
Chop green peppers and onions small pieces
Sauté onion and pepper in olive oil for couple minutes.
Peel and chop zucchinis and dice
Dice the tomatoes.
Add zucchinis and tomato in onion/pepper mix.
Set aside
Mince parsley and add crunched walnut pieces in.
Mix all prepared ingredients together.
 Do not wash white button mushrooms instead wipe very carefully with soaked towel very well make sure no soil stay on the mushrooms.
Scoop slightly the stem side and make little space to stuff the mushroom
Place vegetable stuffing in the mushrooms and place them on the baking dish.
Place a leaf of Parmesan cheese and bake in 375 F for approximately 10 minutes.
This appetizer also can be a side dish for the meat dishes.
