squash pudding

Ingredients:
 For pie crust:
1 midsize winter squash
1 C almond meal
2 C whole-wheat petit-buerr (crunched)
1 tsp. cinnamon
 For pudding:
4.5 C Milk
1 C coconut sugar
1/2 tsp. mastic gum
1 tsp. vanilla powder
1 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. corn starch (heaping)
 Making:
Squash;
Heat the oven for 180 C (350 F)
Wash the squash and divide horizontally in 2 pieces
Wrap in aluminum foil
Brush slightly with olive oil
Bake the squash halves until they cook for about an hour
Cool them down.
Scrub inner part of the squash into a bowl.
Smash it w/fork
Add cinnamon and mix it well
Add almond meal mix well
Crunch the biscuits (make it 2 C) and mix it well.
Wet the bottom of the 8X8 Pyrex pan.
And spread it into the pan; flatten w/the help of the spatula
 Pudding:
Dissolve the cornstarch in a 1/2 C of cold milk
Add the sugar in the milk and boil it
Add dissolved starch in to the boiling milk
Stir the pudding until thickens add mastic gum and vanilla
Add butter and take the pudding off the heat
Keep it stirring until pudding cool down.
 Spread the pudding over the squash piecrust.
Refrigerate the dessert overnight
Decorate with crunched hazelnut pieces.
Serve cold.

6 kahve fincani eti burcak elle ufallanmis
1 cay kasigi tarcin

4.5 su bardagi sut
1.5 su bardagi hindistan cevizi sekeri ( eger beyaz seker kullanirsaniz 1 bardak)
1/2 cay kasigi damla sakizi
1/2 cay kasigi vanilya
4 corba kasigi (tepeleme) misir nisastasi
 
Yapilisi:
Kabagin hazirlanmasi:
Firini 180 dereceye isitin
Kabagi iyice yikayip uzun dilimler halinde kesin
Her dilime firca ile zeytin yagi surun,
Dilimleri folyo kagitlarindan yaptiginiz minik botlarin uzerine yerlestirin
Ve firin tepsisine dizin, kabak dilimlerini pisene kadar firinda pisirin
Sogumasini bekleyin
Ve ic kisimlarini kasikla bir kaseye alin
Pure ezme aleti veya catal yardimi ile kabagi ezin
Icine badem tozunu, ufalanmis biskuvileri,tarcini ilave edip iyice karistirin.
Kabak karisimini dibini islattiginiz kaliba esit bicimde yayin.
 
Pudding:
Misir nisastasini 1 bardak soguk sut icinde eritin.
Sekeri ve sutun geri kalan kismini kaynatin.
Sulandirilmis misir nisatasini ekleyin atesi biraz azaltarak muhallebi kivamina gelene kadar karistirarak pisirin
Damla sakizi, vanilyayi ve tereyagini ilave edin ve muhallebi soguyana dek karitirmaya devam edin.
Soguyan muhallebiyi kabagin uzerine yayin
Ve bir gece buzdolabinda bekletin.
Servis etmeden once ufalanmis findik ile dekore edebilrsiniz.
