Seasoned Brussels sprouts and Red skin Potatoes
The easiest recipe of all time,
Ingredients: 4 small red skin potatoes 1 Lb. Brussels sprouts 1/4 C olive oil 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves 2 Cloves of garlic (chopped not minced) 1/3 C parsley minced 1/4 C dill minced 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper 1/2 Tbsp. Chipotle pepper 1/4 C chopped sun dried tomatoes Dash of salt 1/2 each lime juice Making: Wash the Brussels sprouts and potatoes wel,l Boil a pot of water. Cook the vegetables until they get soft (not totally cooked) Drain the water and transfer the vegetables into a baking dish Add olive oil, all seasonings, and sun-dried tomatoes. Marinate the mixture for an hour Sauté vegetables mix in the wok on a high heat by folding gently yet often until they turn slightly brown.
