Roasting turkey in the oven the oven bag

We have one 9 Lb. Frozen turkey.
 Ingredients:
 1cup kosher salt
1 lemon
1 ea.  Oven bag (for turkey)
1 tbsp. butter
1 C melted butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 crisp apple
3 ea. Celery stalks
2 medium size onion
One bunch fresh rosemary
One bunch fresh thyme
3 tbsps.  Olive oil
 
Making:
Thaw the turkey in the refrigerator (for about 2.5 days)
Empty the cavity (take the neck piece and giblets out)
Wash the bird through
Rub the turkey with a cup of kosher salt all over and in the cavity.
Finally sprinkle good amount of salt on the each half of the lemon and rub the turkey
Drizzle the olive oil all over
Spread one tbsp. butter inside the oven bag evenly. Add one tbsp. flour and shake the bag to spread the flour evenly on the side of the bag.
Chop the vegetables into fairly big pieces.  Wash the herbs.
Brush the turkey 1/4 C melted butter for a better taste
Stuff the turkey with vegetables and herbs.
Place the turkey in the bag, tie the end and secure the end of the bag underneath.
Place the prepared turkey in to the roasting pan and in the refrigerator for 3 hrs.
Set the oven for 350F =(180 C)
Set the probe (external thermometer) inside the tie.
Bake for 3 hours.
