Rice stuffing pilaf
Ingredients: 1 C rice 1/4 C crumbled Peanut 1/4 C minced raisin 1/4 C calf liver (cut in dices) 1/2 C butter 2 Cups chicken broth Salt and pepper Making: Rice stuffing Pilaf generally used next to poultry as a side dish or to stuff the turkey or chicken. This time I happened to make pan fry calf liver meal along with air fried potato and mixed bean dish . Making: Heat the oil and Sautee the peanuts first, add raisin, keep sautéing followed buy liver cuts. Once the liver cuts fried well add chicken broth add the rice, let it boil for a 30 second and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve warm along the fried liver.
