Pumpkin Muffins
Ingredients 1/4 C yogurt 1/2 C Milk 2 eggs 1 slice of white bread 1 scoop collagen 2 C pureed pumpkin 1/4 C avocado oil 5-6 Dates (take the pits out) 1 tsp. agave 1/2 tsp. liquid vanilla 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. turmeric 1 C unbleached flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 C dark chocolate chips Making: Bring together first 13 items in the food processor Give enough pulses until the mixture becomes smooth thick pourable liquid. In a mixing bowl sift the flour and baking powder Add the liquid ingredients into the flour fold in gently few times until batter becomes smooth Transfer into muffin pan. Top with chocolate chips .
