Omelet in Roasted Red Bell Pepper
Ingredients:
One red Bell pepper 2 Eggs 2 green sweet chili pepper One small tomato One (sandwich size) Toasted buttered baguette Bunch of fresh arugulas A couple small cucumber Making: Wash the bell peppers, cut in half take the seeds out , spray with olive oil Roast in the oven for 15 minutes Set a side In a bowl, whip the eggs Add chopped pepper and tomatoes Add salt and fresh grounded peppercorn. Fill the roasted pepper boats with egg filling equally. Bake at 375 F until eggs settled Serve right away with arugula, cucumber and baguette 3/31/2021 Back to Breakfast Page |
