okra tomato soup
Ingredients:
1Tbsp. butter 1 small onion 2 cloves garlic 1 C chopped okras 1 C tomato sauce (or crushed tomato) 1 C coconut cream 1/2 C cooked pearl barley Salt and pepper 300ml water Making: Melt the butter Diced the onion and crush the garlic Sauté onion Rinse the okras and chop in inches long pieces Saute the okras together with onions few more minutes until okras get soft Add tomato sauce, start simmering Add cooked barley Add water Simmer for 10 more minutes Add coconut cream.
