Oatmeal tiramisu cream
Tiramisu is a well preferred desert with hint of coffee and chocolate together, how ever it is high in calories, fat and sugar. Even anybody tries to keep basic elements, making it healthier sometime is not satisfying our sweet tooth.
But some of us need to eliminate sugar, fat or high calorie from our diet due to health reasons. The recipe I tried is far from a real tiramisu, however it is very creamy taste is mildly sweet (from banana) with a hint of coffee and chocolate. It is really healthy that you may even enjoy as a breakfast. Creamy combination of the dessert may full you as a calorie count, just examine the ingredients, it is yogurt, mascarpone cheese and rolled oats. Ingredients: 2 really ripened bananas 2 C rolled oats 5 Tbsp. mascarpone cheese 5 Tbsp. plain yogurt 3 Tbsp. instant dark coffee 3 tbsp. dark cocoa 200 ml fairly hot water. Making: Bring the rolled oats into a flour form in the blender for 4 minutes Add cocoa give a quick pulse Add chopped bananas and blend again for about 3 minutes to incorporate oat flour and bananas to a creamy texture Dissolve coffee in the hot water in a separate bowl and add into blender, keep blending altogether for about 2 minutes. In a separate bowl mix together mascarpone cheese and yogurt together to a creamy texture. Scoop one layer banana oatmeal mix and another layer white cream into dessert cups until you run out of creams.
