Oatmeal-Banana Cookies

Ingredients:
2 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C butter and 1/4 C Coconut oil
1/4 C cocoa
2 C rolled oats
1/3 C shredded almond
1 3/4 C flour
1tbsp vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. grounded cloves


Making:
Mash the bananas.
Add 2 eggs whip manually really fast
Add sugar keep whipping
Add oils and start mixing until all ingredients well incorporated.
Add oats keep folding in
Add coco and almonds
Fold in flour
And finally add cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla and grounded cloves.
You will end up having rather soft dough (that you can not roll on the hand)
Take a scoop at a time and place on the cookie sheet until you finish the dough
Bake 15 minutes in 350 F (180 C)
You may dehydrate the cookies if you like crispy cookies.
Other than these cookies chewy and yummy next to your coffee!
