no bake fluffy cheese cake
Ingredients:
Crust: One sleeve (8 pieces) graham Crackers 1 C Walnut 4 Tbsp. Butter Custard 1 package lemon Jell-O ( 3 oz) 1 C boiling water 2 Package (16 oz) original cream cheese (at room temp.) 3/4 Powder Sugar 1/2 lemon juice 1 lemon zest(rinds) 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 1/4 C heavy whipping cream Making: Crust: Place graham crackers in small pieces into the blender Give a few pulses it becomes easily breaks down Add a cup of walnut give another few minutes pulses the crust flour evenly mixes Add melted butter mix well and lay in 9x9 Pyrex dish Bake 12 minutes in 350 F preheated oven. Set aside Custard Boil a cup of water in measuring cup and dissolve a package of lemon jello ( stir until juice come clear) Set aside and wait until jello cools down In the mean time Whip the cream cheese until it gets creamy Add sugar whip, add vanilla whip, add lemon juice and lemon juice and continue whipping Add cool Jello gradually continue whipping Set the cream cheese mix aside Whip the heavy whipping cream in a separate bowl until it gets firm Add whipped whipping cream spoon by spoon Whip the whole custard few more minutes until it gets evenly creamy texture Pour it on bakes crust evenly Refrigerate at least for 4 hours.
