Muesli with Mango Sauce
Ingredients:
60 grams rolled oats 1 C cup milk 1/2 C yogurt 1/4 C raisin 1/2 pounded hazel nut 1/4 C millet 1 granny smith apple 1 mango 1 C Mixed berries Making Mix millet and raisins in a small bowl and add 1 C boiling water and let is sit for 10 minutes to soften them Crash hazel nuts in a mortar pestle into to small pieces (not a powder texture) Grate the green apple set aside Mix milk and yogurt in a bowl whip it until it gets smooth cream like texture. Peel the mango slice it. Place into mixture on a juicing mode. Give a few moments of pulse will turn the mango to a mango sauce set is aside. In a large bowl bring Bring together rolled oats and crashed hazel nuts Add yogurt, milk mix stir and let it soaked for 5 minutes. Add grated apples. Drain millet and raisins and add into a rolled oat mix. Stir all twice gently. Dish up the mixture into two smaller bowl and top with 1/4 C mango sauce.
