Morning Drink
Ingredients: 2 serving
One Pineapple 1 small cucumber Couple slices of fresh ginger 1Tsp. lemon juice 5 C water Making: Peel the Pineapple (use couple 1-inch slice for 2 servings) Heat the water in a large pan and toss the pine apple skins into the water and boil for 15 minutes Strain the liquid part through strainer into a clean jar, store in the fridge. (Use 8 Ounce from this juice everyday for 2 servings) Combine one cucumber (chopped in big pieces, couple one-inch slices of pine apple, 3 one-inch diameter thin slices of fresh ginger, 1 Tsp. lemon juice in a blender and give coupl3 minutes pulse to the blender. This amount is for two servings. Keep using rest of the peel broth and pine apple slices 4 more until all consumed.
