Meat Balls in Yogurt sauce
Ingredients: Meat balls 1 Lb ground round 1/4 C fine bulgur 1/4 C semolina 1 Tbsp. paprika 1 tsp/black pepper 1 tsp. chili pepper Himalayan salt as desired 1 small onion (graded) Yogurt sauce 1 C yogurt 1 egg 1 tsp garlic 2 Tbsp. flour 1 tsp Himalayan salt 5 C beef broth (1 lb. beef bone in 6 Cup water boil for an hr.) ½ C butter 1 Tbsp mint 1tsp chili pepper 1 cup of baby spinach 1 cup of cooked chickpeas Making: Bring all meat ball ingredients together in a large ball And knead all together really well Take walnut size meat ball dough and roll into small balls Prepare about a cup of flour into tray and coat all the meatballs with flour really well Lay the meat balls one layer on the cookie tray and bake in 350 for 10 minutes Keep them in the tray. Prepare the broth In a large pan boil a lb. of bones (beef) to make a beef broth. (about an hour) Discard the bones Gradually add all meat balls into simmering beef broth Simmer for 10 minutes. Mix all yogurt sauce ingredients really well Add into simmering meat balls very slowly while gently string the meat ball soup. Prepare butter: Melt the butter adding chili pepper until foaming Add mint And the butter into the meat balls. Add a cup of baby spinach mix thoroughly Enjoy!
