Linguini Shrimp in Alfredo sauce
Ingredients: 1/2 Pk. Of linguini spaghetti 20 Shrimps (could be cleaned and frozen or could be fresh and peeled.) 1 C whipping cream 1/2 C milk 1 stick (1/2 C butter) 2 Cloves of garlic (minced) 2 ½ Cups (Parmesan, Asiago, Romano) 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning To cook the shrimps: 1 Tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp chill pepper powder Black pepper to enhance the taste Making: Boil the water and cook the linguini’s until well cooked Melt the butter in a sauce pan, add the garlic and cook on low heat until garlic taste incorporate with butter Add whipping cream boil once. Add all three-cheese mixture, mix and let the cheese melt mix well until it becomes creamy Add the seasoning. Add Alfredo sauce into cooked linguini mix by folding using fork Cook shrimps on medium heat separately in a shallow pan, and add into spaghetti Garnish with parsley Serve immediately. 7/5/2022 Back to Spaghetti-Rice Page |
