Lemon cheese bars

Ingredients:
1/2 C rolled oat
1/3 C unsalted butter
1/2 crushed walnut
1/2 C brown sugar
1 C flour
1 lemon rind and juice
1 tsp. vanilla paste
1 egg
1 C cream cheese (one pack)
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. milk


Making:
Coat the bottom of the Pyrex dish with butter
In a bowl bring softened butter, walnut, brown sugar, flour and oatmeal together
Mix and mash all together, spear 1/3 of it.
And spread 2/3 at the bottom of the dish and press well.
Bake in 350F oven for 10 -12 minutes.
Remove from the oven set aside.
In another bowl break the eggs, whip slightly
Add lemon rind, lemon juice vanilla paste ( or vanilla extract) mix again
Add softened cream cheese and 1 Tbsp. brown sugar (or honey) and milk.
Whip altogether until combination gets creamy and well homogenized.  
Pour the mixture evenly on the baked bottom flour layer.
Sprinkle speared flour-oat -walnut mixture on top of the cheese mixture
 And bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cool the whole thing (with the pan) on the rack
Cut in squares and decorate each square with candied cheery or cranberries.
