Ground Beef Lo mein

Ingredients:
4 pack Thai noodles
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 inch. minced ginger
4 cloves garlic
1 C steamed broccoli
1/2 Lb. peapods
1/2 Lb. fresh bean sprouts
1 big onion
1 Lb. ground beef
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. raw sugar
1 tsp. peanut sauce
1 red chili (minced)
A few leafs of cilantro
 
Making:
Wash the broccoli florets and steam cook set aside
Wash the pea pods peel the side strings set aside
Rinse the bean sprouts set aside
Dice the onions
Mince the garlic
Boil the noodles rinse and set aside
Heat the olive oil in the wok
Sautee onions, minced chili and minced ginger until onions set translucent
Add sesame oil and sugar
Add ground round and keep sautéing until meat cooks
Add garlic, peapods, broccoli florets, and stir the meal by tossing with the help of a wooden fork.
Add Noodles, soya sauce, peanut sauce and black pepper and salt,
Transfer into a serving dish and top with bean sprouts
Drizzle little more soy sauce garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
