Grilling Chilean Sea Bass
Ingredients
2 pieces of sea bass fillet (each 1/2 Lb.) 1/2 tsp. fresh grind-ed peppercorn 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 lemon rinds 1 Tsp. red pepper flakes 2 Tbsp. melted butter For topping: 1/2 C minced parsley 1 Lemon juice 3 Tbsp. Melted butter. Couple green sweet chili pepper Couple small red and orange pepper to grill as a garnish A few steamed broccoli florets Making: Wash the fish filets and pat dry In a bowl mix, peppercorn, garlic powder, lemon rinds, pepper flakes, melted butter. Brush this mixture on the fillets and marinate for ½ hr. Grill marinated fish each side for minutes, green and orange fresh peppers. Top with melted butter, parsley and lemon mix.
