Green Bean Salad
Ingrediens:
1/2 Fresh Green Beans 2 Green onion (chopped very small) 2 Garlick clove (minced) 2 Tbsp. Olive oil. 1/2 Lemon juice 1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar 2 Medium fresh potato 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes Making: Wash the green beans and cut off the side strings if there is any. Cut in French cut style, bring the pan full of water to a boiling point. Toss the green beans into boiling water, add 1/8 tsp. baking soda (keep the green color Cook it on medium heat until beans soft and cooked (15-20 minutes.) Boil the potato in another small sauce pan until soft, peel and cut in cubes, set aside On the other side in a bowl bring apple cider, lemon juice, olive oil, red pepper flakes, chopped green onion and minced garlic mix well. Once cooked, rinse the beans with cold water, transfer to dish. Add the potatoes into the beans, mix well.
