Spicy Relaxing Tea
Almond Ginger milk tea Ingredients: 1C Almond Milk (unsweetened) lukewarm 1 tsp. fresh grated Turmeric (or turmeric powder) 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger (or ginger powder) 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. grounded nutmeg 1/4 tsp. grounded cardamom 1/2 tsp. grounded vanilla 1 tsp. virgin coconut oil 1 tsp. Raw honey I blend all spices, honey and coconut oil in 1/2 C almond milk. 1 tsp black pepper 2 orange slices Finalize my drink adding last ½ C almond milk Swirl once and transfer into a cup.
