GAlip Demircan BURGER
I personally did not try this burger from the original hand. However, When I was told about them it sounded very interesting because I never ate burger made with fresh mint and fresh onion. Yet for a homemade burger I always use at least one egg, regardless of the amount of the ground round.
I did this burger two ways, one part I put one egg and the other part I did exactly how I was given the recipe. I am not sure how it did turn out compare the burgers from the original hands but I must tell you it was so delicious. I will write the recipe as I was told, 1 Lb. ground round mixed with lamb and beef Few cloves of garlic minced 3/4 C fresh onion chopped really small 3/4 C mint chopped also very small 1/2 Tbsp. cumin 1/2 Tbsp. Salt 1/2 Tbsp. grounded peppercorn Making: All ingredients mixed and kneaded very well, almost a beating the meat well. Take one tangerine size piece of meat roll it between palms and press to make a big burger. Repeat the process until all mix finishes. Grill or barbecue burgers on charcoal embers. Burgers served with orzo pilaf, grilled green pepper and tomato And zucchini petites. 9/8/2022 Back to Red meat selection |
