oatmeal with fruit
Ingredients: 1 C Almond milk 1 C Water 1 Tbsp. unsalted bitter 1 C rolled oats 1 Tbsp. flax seed meal 1 Tbsp. collagen powder 1 Tbsp. Hempseed 1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder 1/4 tsp. vanilla 1/ tsp. cinnamon 1/4 C raspberry 1 Banana 1/4 C blueberry Making In a deep sauce pan On medium heat melt the butter add almond milk and water Add oats, collagen, flax seed, hempseed and cook on medium heat, mixing every often cook for 7 minutes Add ginger, turmeric, vanilla cook for couple more minutes.
