Feta Cheese Naan
Ingredients: 1 3/4 C sifted wheat germ, wheat flakes added unbleached flour. (or just plain unbleached flour) 1 egg 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast 1 Tbsp. avocado oil 1/2 milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking powder Cheese mix, 1/2 C crumbled feta cheese 1/2 C homemade cheese (panini)-(Cokelek) 1/2 tsp. nigella (corek otu) 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/2 tsp dry parsley 1/2 red pepper flakes Making: In a large bowl mix one egg until yolk and white blends Add milk and mix with for or (hand mixer) Ad nutritional yeast and oil, mix again briefly Add flour, salt, baking powder, for a soft dough Add the cheese mixture, knead all together a few minutes. Divide the dough in tangerine size balls. And roll each of them approximately 6-inch diameter. You may be able to do it by hand but if you want more even shape use a roller. Heat cast iron flat pan, bring the head to medium. Cook each side of the naan for 2min. at a time until bread bakes well.
