Egg Noodles with Green Lentils and Ground Beef
This is the most spontaneous recipe I have ever prepared.
I felt like cooking pasta for supper today. That reminded me that I had some home made noodles from the summer. Than, I saw green lentils sitting in the jar almost half of a cup. These two felt complementary but still needed some more flavor which made me directing to my freezer and I reached out to a ground beef, I packed about half a pound some time ago. I was all set to cook my pasta after pulling out a few Indian spices out of my spice cabinet. Here is my quick recipe. It was so delicious.
