Easy Bread Meal
These leftover bread pieces are the main ingredient for our breakfast today.
Lets create an easy and yummy dish and we call it “ Easy Bread Meal” Preparation time: 10 Minutes Baking time: 15 minutes Set the oven 350F (180C) Ingredients: 4 slice of any kind of left over bread (preferably multi grain) 3 eggs 1/2 Cup diced tomato 1/2 Cup diced green pepper 1/2 Cup chopped beef salami (as desired) 1/2 Cup mild cheddar cheese 1/2 Cup mozzarella cheese 1/4 Cup coconut oil or (2 Tbsps. olive oil) Making: Dice the bread slices 1 cubic inch sizes Brush olive oil on the bottom of the 8 X 8 inch nonstick tray Place bread pieces as one layer at the bottom of the tray Bake the bread layer for 5 minutes. Take it out of the oven and cool it down. Spread tomato and pepper and the salami on the bread layer Whip the eggs and pour on the bread Grate cheddar and mozzarella cheese and top the bread meal. Bake it for 10 minutes. Sprinkle freshly grated black pepper. Serve immediately. Enjoy! March/10/2014 Back to breakfast page |
