Double Layer Omelet
Recipe for 4 people Ingredients: Filing: 1 Onion (chopped in dice size) 2 red banana peppers (chopped in dice size) 2 zucchinis (chopped in dice size)) 1/4 C medium cheddar cheese (grated) 2 Tbsps. olive oil 1/2 Tbsp salt 1/2 Tbsp black pepper Omelet: 3 eggs 1/4 C Parmesan cheese 2 Tbsps. milk Whip all together and set a side Cream: 1 C Sour cream 1/2 C yogurt 1/2 C minced parsley 1/2 C Parmesan cheese (grated) Mix altogether Making: In a nonstick frying pan Sautee onion slightly Add chopped red peppers sauté few more minutes Add salt and pepper (half of the given amount on the ingredient list) Transfer into a flat pan and set a side. In a nonstick frying Pan Sauté onion slightly Add chopped zucchinis and keep sautéing few more minutes on high heat. Add the rest of the salt and pepper Transfer in to another flat. Return the red pepper sautés back to low heat Pour the half of the egg mixture evenly on it Cover and cook until egg cooks Repeat the same process with the sautéed zucchini After both omelet cooled down a little bit. Spread the yogurt sour cream mix on to the red pepper omelet. Flip the zucchini omelet on top of the sour cream mixture. Flip the whole thing over on to the flat serving dish.
