Defne's Coco Cupcakes

Defne is 4 years old cute little girl. She is very interested in cooking/ baking. We created this simple cup cake recipe for her, it is easy moist and delicious most of all she was very proud of her own cupcake for the first time and enjoyed sprinkling colorful sugar crystals after baking.

Ingredients:
1 C natural sugar

2 eggs

3/4 C dark coco powder

1/3 C olive oil

1 C whole milk

1 1/3 C flour for cakes (not self raised)

1/2  tsp. baking soda

1/2 Tbsp baking powder’

1/8 tsp salt

Making:
Set the oven for 350 F (175 C)

In a mixing bowl bring together sugar and egg

Mix well by fork until mixture gets creamy and fluffy texture

Add coco powder mix well,

Add milk and oil and mix well

(Sift together baking soda, baking powder and flour in another bowl)

Fold in flour mixture with coco mixture

Gently stir by folding with wooden fork until cake batter becomes smooth.

Divide the batter into 12-cup cake moldings.

Bake it 17 minutes.

Take the baked cupcakes on the cooling rack

And you can decorate, as you like with whip cream or chocolate cream.

Defne just sprinkled a little colorful sugar crystals only for decoration!
