Coco graham crackers 30 8Tbsp butter 3 cups row cranberry 3/4 C sugar 2 Tbsp. gelatin 2 C whip cream (or heavy cream) 1Tbsp powder sugar 1 ½ C dark chocolate 1 ½ C boiling heavy cream Making: In food processor mix graham cookies and butter to make a crumbled butter mix Lay at the bottom of the mold flat and chill until the mouse mixture get ready. Cook cranberries in sugar a cup of water, and strain into in another cooking pan. Add gelatin in it mix make sure gelatin dissolves evenly in the cranberry sauce. Set aside In another bowl mix whip cream with powder sugar until mixture thickens Add cooled cranberry into whip cream mixture mix by folding with spatula Transfer the cranberry mouse mixture on to the graham cracker crust in to the mold Flatten it and chill it for 3 hrs. Boil the heavy cream add dark chocolate in it. Pour evenly on chilled mouse Decorate keep chilled. 11/29/2019 Back to Dessert Page |
