Cranberry Marzipan Shortbread cookies
Ingredients:
1 C unsalted butter room temperature really softened 1/2 C powdered sugar 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla paste 2 C flour 1/2 C chopped dried cranberry 1/2 C cubed marzipan (almond paste) Making: In a large bowl bring softened butter and powder sugar together beat it until both becomes creamy Fold in marzipan and cranberry Add ½ tsp. salt and ½ Tbsp. vanilla paste Add flour and make a dough Bring the dough into a big cylinder shape Warp in a saran wrap , place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut in 1/4-inch circles. Place the cookies on cooking sheet Bake in 325 F for 15 minutes ( or until cookies get slightly brown on top. Back to Baking Kitchen |
