Cranberry Jello
1Ingredients:
1/2 C sugar 4 envelopes (one pack) of Knox unflavored gelatine 16 oz pack fresh cranberry 2 tangerines 1 tsp. cinnamon 3 C water (to cook the cranberries) 1 C water to dissolve the gelatin. Round glass dish Making: Wash the cranberries toss in a sauce pan Add sugar, and 3 Cups water Turn on medium heat Let cranberries cook and release the juice Mean while add 4 envelopes (1 package come 4 envelopes in it) of plain gelatin in 1 C of cold water, let it sit for one minute. Add 3 Cups of (at boiling point) cranberry juice from the pan (which cranberries were cooking) and add into gelatin, stir until gelatin is completely dissolve. Transfer cooked cranberries into a glass dish, Add dissolved gelatin Add two tangerine slices. Close the lid and put the dish into the refrigerator until Jello set to cut jello cubes.
