Cook2b’s Hazelnut Holiday Bread sticks
Ingredients:
1 Cup grated hazelnut
1 Cup raisin
1/2 C Rye Flour
1Tsp dry yeast
1/2 Tsp salt
2 C wheat meal unbleached flour
1 C Luke warm water


Making:
This is the easiest baking that you can favor to your guests.
You may alter the flavor using grated walnut in leu of hazelnut and dried cherry in leu of raisin. And add tad of cinnamon in to your dough mix.
In a mixing bowl add all ingredients in order to grated nut, rye flour, dry yeast, salt, cherry and water. Mix with spoon
Add flour start putting together the dough with the help of spoon.
As the dough gets thicker transfer the dough on to a board and make a nice semi soft dough by kneading gently.
Roll the dough on the board make long and about 2 inches diameter baton.
Cut the baton about 1/2-inch pieces.
Roll out each piece with your fingers to make a 10-inch-long sticks.
Bake in 350 F for 20 minutes.
And right after dehydrate them in 125 F for 3 hrs.
