Chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 C butter (room temperature) 1/2 C brown sugar 1 egg 1 C flour 3/4 C rolled oat 1 Tbsp. vanilla paste (or liquid vanilla) 1 tsp. baking powder Making Beat butter and sugar in a bowl until mixture gets creamy Add the egg beat it a few more minutes Add flour and rolled oats. Add chocolate Mix all together Drop a spoonful on to cookie sheet (approximately 20 cookies) Ps: If you omit flour 1/4 C and alternate with cocoa, cookies will be double chocolate cookies.
