ChickpeasBeef and Green Beans
Ingredients:
1/2 C cooked stew Meat (beef) 1/2 C green Beans (washed and split in the middle) 1 C cooked chickpeas 1 Big Spanish onion (chopped in cubes) 1 Tbsp. Olive oil 3/4 C cooked tomato 2 tsps. Turmeric 2 tsps. Cumin 2 cloves of garlic (chopped in small pieces) 1 red chili pepper 2 tsps. Himalayan salt 2 tsps. Black pepper Making: Heat the oil and sauté onions until they became translucent Add garlic, beans bring the heat down and simmer the beans for 10 minutes by stirring occasionally. Add tomato, turmeric, chili pepper, cumin salt and pepper; Let it cook on the low heat for 10 minutes. Add the chickpeas stir once and let the meal cook by simmering for another 15 minutes.
