Ingredients:
Two pieces chicken breast (white meat) 1 Tbsp. chili pepper 2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 3 Tbsp. C olive oil 2 garlic cloves 1 egg 1 C plane crumbs 1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese 1 /4 C avocado oil Making: Divide the chicken breasts horizontally two pieces Pound each piece gently and make it thinner. Mix poultry seasoning, lemon juice, olive oil and, minced garlic cloves in a flat bowl. Coat all 4 chicken pieces well with mixture, close the lid and marinate chickens for an hour at least. Whip the egg in a bowl. In a bowl Bring bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Coat the chicken pieces first in the whipped egg and after coat with bread crumbs.
