Cabbage casserole

Ingredients
A head of curly cabbage
1 Big onion
1/4 C olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 Tbsp. red chili pepper powder
8 oz. diced tomato
1 C chicken broth (or plain water)
Cilantro leaves to garnish
1 C grated parmesan cheese (optional)
 
Making:
Cut a head of cabbage in rather big cubes 
Sautee onion, minced garlic, in olive oil by adding, turmeric, ginger and chili powder.
Stir in Cabbage, add diced tomatoes followed by chicken broth add salt and pepper
Cook on medium heat until cabbages soft and cooked absorbed the broth.
Meal rather juicy but not like a soup.
Serve immediately garnishing grated parmesan cheese and cilantro leaves  along with baguette .
