Barbequed Lamb Skew
Ingredients:
1 Lb. boneless lamb shoulder 2 medium size yellow onion 3 garlic cloves 1 Tbsp. grounded cumin 1 Tbsp. Grounded Pepper peppercorn 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil 2 flat breads 4 fresh green pepper 2 small tomatoes Green salad Flat Bread Making: Wash pat dry the lamb meat Cut in 1-inch cubes set aside Peel both onion and garlic, chop them in a very small cubes or better put in food processor and set it on smoothie adjustment. Strain the almost juice onion into a bowl, add cumin, black pepper and oil. Add the cubed meat pieces mix it well. And refrigerate it at least for two hrs. Put the lamb pieces on skewers and barbeque them In the mean time heat the griddle and fry the flat breads Place the barbequed lamb on the bread (meat release the juice right away) Garnish with green salad tomatoes and green pepper.
